Abstract: In this research, the added effect of various sodium and phosphorous concentrations on the growth of the algae Cladophora crispata of isolated from the local environment was examined. Calculated the number of cells, the time of doubling, and the growth rate of all algae farms for 25 days. The highest cell count rate was 166.23 cells/ml when using a phosphorous concentration of 3 g/l. The lowest doubled time was 3.22, while the highest growth rate was 2.21 times at the same concentration on 25 days of agriculture. While the growth rate decreased and the doubling time increased when using sodium concentration, the highest cell count rate was 65.89 cells/ml when using a sodium concentration of 4 g/l. The lowest doubled time was 4.13 at the same concentration, while the highest growth rate was 1.77 times at 3 g/l concentration on 25 days of agriculture.
